Job DescriptionKelly Services is looking is Supply Chain Analyst in Kenosha, WIPerforms administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Monitor daily cash balances in operating, savings and investment bank accounts to cover obligations and maximize interest earnings. Prepare monthly cash projection reports. Prepare bi-weekly trial balance reports. In conjunction with Project Manager prepare and post all monthly AIA invoices. On quarterly basis complete federal and state payroll tax returns and necessary deposits to our bank. Process and issue all accounts payable and subcontractors payments.
