The position has full time and part time schedules available, pays $ 12.00/hour and is a project-based role that will begin in August and is projected to end in December. Reviewing internal documents to identify those that must be retained (based on guidelines provided) and those that can be disposed of. 2. Prepping documents for internal imaging (remove staples, categorizing, etc.)3. Searching internal customer systems for reference materials using key identifiers such as a document ID number4. Scanning documents, and electronic indexing (data entry)Details:This project work is based on a large volume of converting internal company paper documents, to electronic imaging/indexing. There is currently a high-volume of backlog in this area that creates a higher volume of work for the duration of the summer, and is anticipated to continue throughout the next year.
