Technical BA/QA/Developer This is a direct-hire position with our client. No remote work. Please Note: Must be a US Citizen, Greencard or EAD as client is not able to sponsor visas at this time. This is an EXCITING time to get onboard with this global healthcare IT solutions company. You will work with technically passionate managers to re-engineer news systems from the ground up. Must be able to conduct code reviews, perform component testing and create detailed technical design specifications. Overview You will be working with a team of 10-20 including developers, Business Analysts, Architects and Implementation consultants. You will interact with SMEs to understand customer needs and help to refine business requirements and create more detailed requirements and design. Perform code reviews and component testing as artifacts come back from the development team. Troubleshoot production issues through DB queries. Create implementation guides for new features. The role also involves debugging the code components, helping implementation teams with their technical queries, understanding and analyzing the defects from the production releases. Qualifications Bachelors in Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience 5+ years of previous development experience mandatory Experience working in Oracle using PL/SQL Experience in Healthcare domain Experience in requirements elicitation, preparing technical designs and performing component testing. Experience in leading a small teams of 3-4 members in implementing a product features. Experience in writing medium complex SQL queries to validate the results and or provide guidance to the less experienced developers. Very good understanding of the functional domain of the previous projects is essential. Experience working with distributed teams will be a plus. Why Kelly®?
