Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently hiring for a mid-level receptionist position in downtown Seattle, WA. The selected candidate will act as the first point of contact for the office, attend to visitors and deal with inquires on the phone, face to face and through email as well as provide other office administrative support as required. Duties will include but not limited to: – Greeting and directing visitors.- Providing information, answering the telephone or console switchboard and responding to emails.- Receiving and sending packages via couriers- Maintaining visitor log and/or call record, providing security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions- Maintaining boardroom schedule and equipment- Providing other administrative support as required: typing, filing, mailing, photocopying, binding booksJob Requirements: – 2+ years- experience in related position.- Good verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service and interpersonal skills- Ability to keep information organized and confidential (Required)- Work independently and time management skills – Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint (Required)Skills: – Listening, Understanding and Responding- Customer Service/ Service Partner Orientation- Information Seeking Hourly Pay is $ 16.00/hr.Submit your resume to 6214@kellyservices.com Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
