**SENIOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER** Reporting to the Operations Controller, the incumbent will own all transnational accounting processes in AR, AP, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Month-end Close, as well as key point of internal controls in a fast paced and complex environment. **POSITION LOCATION** Tomball – Operations Finance **ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES** + A hands-on leader for a large team of accounting professionals performing accurate and timely execution of several transnational processes in AR, AP, Inventory and Fixed Assets. + Assist in the implementation of policies by leading the development of process and procedures to the desk-top level, ensuring all activities are aligned with policy. + Lead the month-end/quarter-end close process, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards. + Accountable for comprehensive, accurate and compliant accruals including revenue, expense, and inventory reserves. + A primary extension of accounting and process controls helping to ensure 100% of transactions are executed in accordance with all company policies. + Provide strong people leadership through a dynamic and fast paced environment, balancing tactical issues with strategic process implementation. + Ability to work occasional nights and weekends and to travel <10% of the time. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA and/or Graduate Degree preferred. + Minimum 15 years’ professional experience in accounting, finance or business management roles. + Minimum 10 years industry accounting or finance experience with oilfield services preferred. + Previous experience with AR/AP, Fixed Assets and Inventory accounting strongly desired. + Must be strong in basic Excel functionality (lookups, pivot tables, etc.). + Must be able to present detailed and complex finance and process information in highly summarized and organized formats ready for executive review.
