Professional and friendly verbal and written communication are the main requirements. Client provides training on the tools you will use and access to necessary information as well as an escalation path for questions and scenarios not covered in the documentation. Need to be able to walk someone through clearing cache and cookies, reference FAQ material before skyping a manager and they will need to be very pleasant and patient. Duties include but are not limited to: – Answering phones in a timely manner with a professional and pleasant demeanor. CSRs are responsible for monitoring their own phone status (‘On Queue’) to ensure they are able to take the next incoming call. – Responding to emails within your event within 24 hours. This is a team effort and all CSRs must contribute as equally as possible. Contractually obligated to answer emails within one business day.- Responding to live chats if required by the event. *Currently only one client uses chat. CSRs are responsible to ensure they are in `available- mode to receive the next incoming chat.- Voicemail: Appointed CSRs will be responsible for checking and responding to voice mails on their assigned events every work day. Additional information: Ongoing Event Information Education: Documentation access is granted to CSRs and reviewed during training. CSRs are responsible for referring to the most recent version of the documentation prior to escalating a question to Contact Center Management. Management is responsible for ensuring the document repository is updated with the most current version. CSRs should also refer to the event website (link provided) on a daily basis for updated information and user experience changes. Job DescriptionThe Branch Services Coordinator will be the face of the office, greeting guest clients and sales associates with a warm and genuine smile and provide excellent customer services to our sales agents, clients and vendors. The majority of the duties of this position must be performed without delay as this is a critical position affecting agents and the success of their business.They will assist the branch manager by providing various reports generated thru the Cognos and Homebase system. Coordinate branch accounts payables and receivables, obtain necessary approvals and submit to regional accounting office and process expense reports. Coordinate all office administration tasks, including general, office and business supply orders, equipment maintenance, preparation and processing of new affiliation paperwork and licenses, maintain files and oversee general office appearance and repair issue.Support the Branch Manager with recruiting and retaining new sales associates. Coordinate the on-boarding and processing upon affiliation for new agents and well as all retention systems for the sales associates. Support associates with growing their business using company systems (Homebase, Gateway, etc.).The Branch Services Coordinator will also support the branch sales associates with instruction on the branch phone and other office systems, order business cards, name badges and other miscellaneous task, , including company programs, that will assist out sales associates in growing their businessPerform variety of other administrative duties as directed.Job Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent.- Two or more years- experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility.- Real Estate background preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.- Creative problem solving skills. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.- Basic math skills which include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentage, fractions and the ability to calculate commissions, interests and discounts.- Ability to multi task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
