WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Summary Coordinates all Warehouse daily activities, keeping operations within full Regulatory compliance (GMPs, ISO 14000 & Safety), providing high Warehouse operations customer service levels (internal/external customers) for the company Warehouse. Responsibilities Coordinates SAP transactions verification, proper documentation and filing of all receipts, dispatches, pickups, movements between sites, deliveries and shipments of finished goods, drug & controlled substance and packaging components. Coordinates the storage of raw materials / packaging component on designated locations from SAP system. Packaging component sampling by means of sampling / receiving procedure including performing specific inventory system transactions. Keeps all warehouse areas, including Label Room, Reject Cage and/or Controlled Substance (cage/vault) organized, clean and locked (when not in use). Participates in cycle counts, as required by Warehouse Expert or Cycle Count Coordinator. Provides support to keep the company inventory policy above 95% accuracy. Coordinates daily data gathering and evaluation of temperature and relative humidity readings throughout the warehouse and vault (s) on both sites. Maintains working area / floor space in a clean and organized manner. Operates Forklifts and/or trucks in a responsible and safe operational manner, following all safety and/or environmental rules. Assures that Warehouse Operators perform daily inspection according to inspection sheet. Coordinates the Preventive Maintenance and repairs to Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks. Coordinates daily support to Manufacturing and Packaging operations to avoid downtimes. Informs Warehouse Expert of all Warehouse supplies needed for daily operations. Coordinates daily activities to identify opportunity areas such as PET board. Keeps good documentation practices within all documents handled in the Warehouse, including MDA’s disposal on time. Provides accurate and on time coordination with Traffic Coordinators of all Bulk/Finished Goods shipments. Coordinates all activities related to the Safety & Hygiene program, including meetings with Warehouse representatives and operators and participation on the Safety committee. Keeps Warehouse safety inspections up date. Actively participates on projects and programs. Completes environmental and safety training in accordance to company policy as required.
