**Business Development Team Lead for Finance Staffing Philadelphia, PA** The Business Development Team Lead will manage a team of Finance Business Development Representatives selling Finance staffing and recruitment services within an assigned geography. In addition, this individual will be responsible for development of the Finance staffing business with prospective strategic customers. The position is responsible for growing revenue, gross profit and contribution within the geography through their own sales efforts as well as that of their team. Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for growing and maintaining a book of Finance Staffing business within the local market.
