Technical Product Analyst The successful candidate, will have the opportunity to work with our client, a Fortune 100 company, whom is a reputable organization in providing integrated pharmacy benefit management services to their customers. Our client also distributes a full range of biopharmaceutical products and provides extensive cost-management and patient-care services. Position is based in Franklin Lake, NJ Contract to hire position which offer career growth opportunity to the individual that will move into the Technical Product Owner role over time. Job Descriptions In an Agile environment, the Technical Product Analyst will work on supporting current and incoming product lines. The individual will work with the businesses on carrying out business analysis, developing and prioritizing the requirements as well as working with Developers in development and work with end users on testing the products prior to implementation. Also responsible of maintaining the product health in managing internal changes e.g. enhancement of the services and work with businesses in prioritizing the changes. Conduct analysis of business issues and challenges. Effectively communicate and document business and IT information in line with agreed processes and procedures. Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts Implement workflow across the organization Participate in business process and technology initiatives to improve business performance Participate in implementation of new business processes and functions as a result of national and regional initiatives Document functional specifications, conversions, upgrades, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflow Translate business requirements into appropriate technical specifications Work with end-users to define and execute test scenarios and ensure appropriate end user training Job Requirements Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of solid experience in business technical analysis of software / product development in an Agile environment. Experience in these technologies: Mainframe, XML, MQ Series, CICS, Cobol, DB2 Good working experience in JIRA. Strong MS Skills (Visio, Powerpoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) Creating process flows and diagrams necessary to assist the requirements gathering process Proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success Perform thorough and detailed requirement interviews with project stakeholders Ability to document project issues, risks, assumptions and requirements Demonstrated accountability and problem solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with all levels and departments to meet timeline and resolve issues Ability to analyze and develop business scenarios Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Why Kelly®?
