Two years experience in manufacturing environments. Q.C. or P.C. experience highly desirable. Computer literate including MS Word, MS Excel and IBM Lotus Notes. Job DescriptionTypes new or revised documents within the Documentation Control Program. Ensures plant controlled documents (current and obsolete) are maintained accurately, securely, and orderly. Create ECO-s and release controlled documents. Responsible for issuing or notifying / distributing, as appropriate, to all departments revised/obsolete documents after ECO release. Types QA confidential reports such as: audit findings, inspections, situation analysis, etc. Maintain current electronic files, FMEA, MSA, Project Protocol Checklists, Validation Completion Reports and others Issues copies of Manufacturing Batch Records to Production areas as required. Distributes new or revised documents plus affected indexes as required. Maintains files of completed Document Submission and Approval Forms. Manage new, revised or obsolete documents in Document Management System Work with Quality Documentation, QSR-s, FDA and ISO requirements. Maintain the Batch Record spreadsheet updated Remove Expired Batch Records from the Hannel Rotomat File.RequirementsEducation: Associate Degree in Secretarial Sciences Knowledge of Windows 2000, Lotus Notes and Documentation Control System. Bilingual ( English and Spanish) One to two years experience as a Clerk with very good typing skills.
